You all might think that getting a man in bed is the easiest thing in the world and that every night I get my men jumping on my bed and have to fend them off with a 10 foot pole. You men just might be more fickle than women! When we’re tired and have a headache, you want to jump our bones, but sometimes when we dress sexy in a little negligee when you come home from work you’d rather crack open a beer and watch a football game. Well I grew up in a football family, so I might have a few tricks up my sleeve to grab your attention. BTW, are you part of my Football Office Pool? If not, send me an email. Is your man spending his Saturdays and Sundays stuck in his “man cave”? Does he paint his face? Does he have foam fingers in his closet? Are you feeling the summer heat? Well why don’t you cool off with me. I just finished my 7th year here on Dreamnet and I think I’ve learned a thing or two. One of them is how to keep cool in the heat of the fire! Seriously, taking off all of your clothes is one way to get cool. Jumping in a refreshing pool is another. Need some incentive? I’ll hold your hand and jump in with you although I know being around you might get you a little hot.

You’re not afraid of a little water are you? If you want to cool off you are going to have to get a little wet. Don’t worry, just place your face in the water or you can dip your toe in the water. Better yet, why don’t you just swim to me here in the middle of the pool. Come on in, the water is just fine.

It used to be that when you said someone was the “Lady of the House” that she was a madame or high end escort. For me, it means a woman who is proper and knows how to manage her home. Kind of like the queen and her castle. The emphasis is on the word lady. I was brought up in a proper and traditional household where manners and the social graces were important and we were tested on them all the time. Men were men and women were women. We cooked, washed, cleaned and made sure that everyone in the house was well taken care of. Now that I am older, I thought I’d treat you to some of that traditional hospitality. Come on in, make yourself comfortable.

I really do love to entertain and hold a nice dinner party almost every other month for friends. We are not talking about a catered meal or a BBQed grill meal in the backyard (that’s my husband’s domain). We’re talking about a nice home cooked dinner party by me. The invitations are out and you are invited. Please no gifts. Just bring your lovely self . Oh, and be on time. I hate when people are “fashionably late”.

Okay, we are coming up on my 7th anniversary on Dreamnet and you know that I have a bit of an itch to change things up from time to time. I mean, I don’t like sitting still. Well go figure that my husband decides to have a mid-life crisis of his own. Like every man, he wants to dump the old model for the new one. Fortunately it was a car and not his wife that he wanted to replace. So he called up a local exotic car broker and asked if they could bring over a car or two to our house for a test drive. I don’t know what came over me but I got a little jealous. I thought I was his favorite ride! Yet he decided to bring over this hot young number. Maybe I needed to remind him of my benefits!

Part of a great relationship is reminding your partner or partners who is the Boss! Me, jealous? No! Well that is the challenge, so when he brought home a new toy, I needed to bring out the big guns! So if you had to decide, which motor would you want to start? I’ve been holding out. This week you see something you’ve never seen on this site. You all know I’m a working girl and that is what makes me tick. I work hard every day of the week. Most of you know that I live for Mondays and my week revolves around the start of each work week and culminates with a torrid weekend of fun. I truly work hard to play harder. Over the years I’ve shown you what I look like at night and on weekends, so we thought I’d show you what the work week version of me looks like. Beware, I might be hard to recognize! Do you like that librarian look? Yes, I do wear glasses for reading at work. I have to rest my eyes from staring at the computer all week. Can you say Geek week? I’m hiring. Need a job?

Now you know what I would look like if you sat across the desk from me or saw me at the downtown club lunch room for a job interview! So if you see me in the board room, be sure to sneak me a wink and give me your business card with a little note on the back. Maybe I’ll check out your sales pitch. You better know Excel and Powerpoint! Come on to my office and show me your resume and other qualifications!

As a working mom, I’ve noticed there are these clicks now where the stay-at-home moms hang out together and the working moms are out of the loop with the gossip. Recently I had a day off and got to see what it was like to stay at home. I mean it could be boring, so it is better when you invite someone over to keep you company. These stay at home wives sure have it hard! Oh and I do mean HARD! I couldn’t figure out what to do with myself. I had so much nervous energy so I decided to do a pictorial on my own bed. I needed a photographer so I got a friend over and let him be my guest photographer for the day. Time sure passed quickly.

Maybe I should just be a stay at home mom! I could do this every day! I even got a facial that I thought would be nice and cleansing.
